Introduction to Defensive Shotgun

This is a great class for those who own a shotgun for self or home defense.

The shotgun is an incredibly versatile tool, being very effective in either the 12 gage or 20 configurations, which can be used for everything from taking care of pests in the garden like raccoons and armadillos, harvesting deer, and even home defense.

Its capacity in either the pump action or semi-auto action will normally allow you to have at least five rounds in the magazine and one round in the chamber.

Our Defensive shotgun class is designed to train you in using your shotgun for home defense.

Class Requirements:

• 25 rounds of buck shot
• 25 rounds of slug load
• 200 rounds of birdshot
• a pistol
• holster
• 50 rounds of pistol ammunition
• eye protection
• hearing protection
• knee pads are recommended
• hat
• water bottle
